RFP for EPC Services – 5.3MW-DC Project in Oregon

SolRiver is seeking an EPC partner (the “EPC”) to provide turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services on a 5.3MW-DC project in Oregon. SolRiver Capital is working alongside Pacific Northwest Solar, LLC (the developer) to build the project.

The project is nearly at NTP: the PPA is signed, interconnection agreement is secured, and the critical non-ministerial permits are in hand, namely the Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”).

Our EPC will need to finalize the design, secure the final permits (building and electrical), install the system, and coordinate with the Utility to reach PTO.

Proposal with a Statement of Qualifications, Turnkey Firm-Fixed Pricing, and Maintenance Pricing.

Next Steps:

We ask bidders provide a proposal with indicative pricing using the specifications provided, along with O&M pricing. Based upon the initial proposals, we will shortlist 2-3 bidders. The shortlisted bidders will be invited to (a) walk the sites and (b) begin discussing contract terms.
