RFP for EPC Services – 20.3MW-DC Portfolio in North Carolina

SolRiver is seeking an EPC partner (the “EPC”) to provide turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services on seven (7) 2.9MW-DC projects totaling 20.3MW in North Carolina. SolRiver Capital is partnering with Renewable Energy Services, LLC (the developer) to build the Portfolio.

The projects are nearly at NTP, with critical non-ministerial permits and interconnection agreements secured.

Our EPC will need to secure the final permits (mainly building and electrical), install the systems, and coordinate with the Utility to reach PTO.

Next Steps:

We ask bidders provide a proposal with indicative pricing using the specifications provided, along with O&M pricing. Based upon the initial proposals, we will shortlist 2-3 bidders. The shortlisted bidders will be invited to (a) walk the sites and (b) begin discussing contract terms.
