RFP for EPC Services – 23.6MW-DC Portfolio in East Texas
SolRiver is seeking an EPC partner (the “EPC”) to provide turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services on ten (10) projects totaling 23.6MW in East Texas. The portfolio consists of two (2) groups of projects. The Pioneer projects, which total 17MW-DC across seven (7) sites and the Admiral projects, which total 6.6MW-DC across three (3) sites. SolRiver Capital is partnering with Hecate Energy, LLC (the developer) to build the Pioneer Portfolio with Sungrid Power, LLC (the developer) to build the Admiral Portfolio.The projects are nearly at NTP, with revenue contracts and interconnection agreements secured.
Our EPC will need to secure the standard ministerial permits, install the systems, and coordinate with the Utility to reach PTO.
